Terms of service
The short version: send us photos you have the right to use, check your preview before you pay, and if something arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 7 days and we'll remake it free.
These terms apply when you use ohmymagnetco.com, order through our store at shop.ohmymagnetco.com, or book us for an event. "Oh My Magnet Co.," "we" and "us" mean Oh My Magnet Co., LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Your photos
- You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. Professional photos, such as wedding or school portraits, may need the photographer's permission to reprint.
- We may decline or cancel any order that uses images we believe are offensive, unlawful, or infringe someone else's rights, such as copyrighted characters or team logos. If we cancel for this reason, we'll refund what you paid.
- You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to use them only to make and deliver your order.
Your preview and print quality
Our ordering system shows a preview of each magnet, including the part of the photo that wraps around the edge. Please check it carefully, because we print what you approve. Colors may look slightly different in print than on a screen, and low-resolution or blurry photos will look the same way on a magnet.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is due when you order. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Production and shipping
- Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier.
- We ship within the United States only.
- Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
- If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you with the carrier's claim process.
Cancellations
Because we start making orders quickly, you can cancel for a full refund only within 12 hours of ordering, and before we've started production. Email admin@ohmymagnetco.com as soon as possible.
Returns and remakes
Every magnet is made from your own photos, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. If your magnets arrive damaged or we made a printing mistake, email admin@ohmymagnetco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we'll remake them for free. Problems caused by the photo itself, such as low resolution or a face placed near the edge after approving the preview, aren't covered.
Events and bulk orders
Event bookings and bulk orders are priced by custom quote. Each quote will list the price, what's included, any deposit, and the cancellation terms for that booking. Your date is reserved once you accept the quote and pay any required deposit.
Using our magnets safely
Our magnets contain small parts and a magnet. Keep them away from young children who might put them in their mouths, and away from pets. Keep magnets away from pacemakers, credit cards, and electronics that can be affected by magnets.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost photos you didn't keep a copy of. Always keep your original photos.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
